Award winning campaign: Project Capital.
Lyreco is a leading global provider of workplace solutions and supplies. Established in France in 1926, the company is now the third-largest distributor in the industry worldwide, offering more than 60,000 products across office supplies, cleaning, catering and personal protective equipment. Operating in 25 countries, Lyreco is known for delivering tailored, sustainable workplace solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Lyreco wanted to strengthen both sales and brand awareness within the London market, where new business growth had begun to plateau. They approached us to create a multi-touch campaign capable of generating a strong pipeline of qualified leads while reinforcing Lyreco’s position as a trusted and innovative leader in workplace supplies.
To cut through the noise of traditional B2B marketing, we developed a creative campaign combining direct mail and digital engagement. At the centre of the campaign was an interactive online quiz designed to identify different “office personalities”.
Participants completed a short, engaging quiz which matched them with a workplace persona – such as the Eco Warrior or the Office Organiser. The experience was designed to be quick, shareable and highly engaging, encouraging participants to share results with colleagues and across social media.
Once participants submitted their details and received their persona, Lyreco followed up with a bespoke product package tailored to their profile. For example, those identified as Eco Warriors received carefully selected merchandise and supplies that supported office sustainability and recycling initiatives. This personalised approach helped create a memorable brand interaction while showcasing Lyreco’s product range in a relevant and practical way.
The campaign significantly exceeded expectations, delivering an exceptional volume of new business leads and a notable uplift in sales. In total, the initiative generated over £1.1 million in revenue.
The project also received industry recognition, with the campaign shortlisted as a finalist in the User Experience category at the annual CIM Awards.
