Greenspace is a web platform where users can present and manage their sustainability plans. It was established in 2004 to support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Energy Management systems (including ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001) for any type or size of organisation and offers four applications addressing legislation, risk, compliance and improvement.
When Greenspace made the decision to overhaul both their visual identity alongside their digital presence as part of their business strategy, we were delighted to be their partners.
Greenspace were keen to increase new business and build revenue for their suite of subscription-based products. A further business driver was a focus on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The new, upbeat graphical identity presents Greenspace as confident and bold leaders in their field, leaning on a vibrant palette that straddles the mature and the vibrant. We folded in a flexibility through the highlight colours to afford the company malleability to use the new branding in a multitude of ways.
We partnered with stakeholders across the company to roll out the new brand across all customer-facing Greenspace collateral and channels. As part of Greenspace’s commitment to usability, we also collaborated on a project with them to ensure their back-end systems retained the same graphical identity.
We also delivered tone of voice guidance and graphical language for use across all marketing mediums.
Noting Greenspace’s business objective of nurturing cross-sell and upsell opportunities, we/Chalk suggested and created a unique visual identity for each of their sub-brands, giving them their own visual elements and opening the door for them to be marketed individually.
We’re partnering with Greenspace on a continual basis, reviewing their site traffic, making suggestions on how to improve their web platforms, and supporting their business objectives. They have anecdotally shared that they have seen enhanced revenues since the site redevelopment and re-brand.
